She was able to explain in great detail and very clearly the options that were available (What works and what wouldn’t) She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. She also paid great attention to detail and was very meticulous making sure everything was perfect. She was open to my suggestions and made sure I approved every alteration before making it. She is very professional and easy to work with. Once alterations were completed no one could tell the dress was originally backless. My friends and family were stunned to find out the dress was originally backless. The alterations were seamless exceeding my expectations.
